Full redesign of the organization’s institutional website, streamlining user flows, improving navigation clarity, SEO performance, and backend content management. Includes prototyping, WordPress migration, and strategic consulting.
I led the full redesign and development of this leading advocacy organization’s website, working closely with the team to align strategy, content, and technology.
The process began with information architecture and navigation, followed by wireframing and prototyping to test structures and user flows before moving into high-fidelity design. This helped clarify priorities and build clear hierarchies to support both the clients’ communication and archival needs. I expanded the design system from the existing logo and color palette into a cohesive visual language across the site.
Key features included advanced search and filtering options, and custom document pages built in WordPress. I also integrated SEO tools to ensure visibility and reach. Throughout the process, I used generative AI to streamline workflows, test design directions, and support efficient content management.
